CNC machining center with 5 controlled axes, for economical machining of all types of long parts such as PVC, ALU and steel up to 2mm.

 

The machine has 2 mechanical stops (pneumatically controlled) and allows the machining of profiles up to 7m long.

 

The main spindle can machine the profile at any angle between 0° and 180° thanks to a rotary axis (4th axis).

 

In all versions, the electrospindle rotates continuously along the A axis from 0° to 180° and C +/- 320° and can work in any position of this range.

 

The machining center has an 8-position tool changer mounted on the machine column (traveling), thus quick tool change.
